Chris  brings over 35 years experience in Hotels and Catering operations

and during that time has collected associates with in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the Hotel and Catering industry.

His experience has included  Contract Catering in industrial, retail, office and high quality operations as well as Consultancy experience with Gardner Merchant.

He also project-managed the introduction of a cook-chill system into the Heinz factories in Harlesden.

Originally  trained by Trusthouse Forte and at Portsmouth and Norwich where he completed his professional examinations, he has worked  as a Hotel General Manager  all over the country  in a range of hotel and restaurant styles and has achieved the Investor in People Award.
